Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes, orders, online purchases, delivery, installation and support supplied by ANN VIEW PTY LTD, ABN 26686841494. Product-specific terms may also be shown on a quote, invoice or product page.

Quotes and Product Advice

Many LED walls, outdoor signs, video walls and installed display systems are custom quoted. Recommendations are based on the information supplied by the customer, including site photos, dimensions, viewing distance, brightness requirements, access, mounting method and intended use.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, pricing and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.

Orders and Payments

  • An order is accepted when Annview confirms the order in writing or issues an invoice.
  • Deposits, progress payments or full payment may be required depending on the product, project scope and customisation.
  • Custom, special-order or project-built products may not be cancellable once procurement, production, configuration or installation preparation has started.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. GST treatment will be shown on the quote, invoice or online checkout.

Product Information and Suitability

Product images, drawings, brightness ratings, cabinet dimensions, screen sizes and specifications are provided to help selection. Minor differences may occur due to model updates, manufacturing tolerances, configuration, installation method or supplier changes.

Customers should confirm site conditions before ordering. Outdoor displays, window-facing screens, video walls and LED systems may require consideration of brightness, ventilation, weather exposure, power, structure, access, content source and local approval requirements.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation options depend on product type, project location, site access and site readiness. Any delivery or installation date is an estimate unless confirmed in writing as a fixed commitment.

  • The customer is responsible for providing safe access, accurate site information and any required building, electrical or landlord approvals.
  • Additional charges may apply for difficult access, waiting time, after-hours work, extra materials, structural changes, electrical work or site conditions not disclosed before quoting.
  • Installation work must not proceed where the site is unsafe or not ready.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product, component and project scope. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Annview will confirm the applicable warranty period and coverage before purchase or on the invoice. Some products or projects may be eligible for extended warranty options.

Warranty normally covers faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover misuse, physical damage, unauthorised repair, incorrect installation by others, unsuitable site conditions, water ingress caused by external works, power issues, lightning, content burn-in, normal wear, consumables, software changes by third parties or failure to follow operating instructions.

For products installed by Annview, warranty support includes reasonable onsite attendance for warranty faults within the agreed warranty scope and service area. For products not installed by Annview, warranty support is limited to hardware assessment, repair, replacement parts or product replacement. Onsite service, removal, reinstallation, electrician work, access equipment, third-party labour and freight are not included unless agreed in writing.

If the same model is no longer available, Annview may supply a compatible replacement model with equivalent or better practical performance. Where an exact same-size replacement is not available, Annview may supply the same size where practical or the next suitable larger size, provided it is reasonably compatible with the original application.

Customers are responsible for keeping their own backup of software, media content, playlists, login details, licence keys, CMS accounts, device settings and other digital materials. Repair, reset, replacement, software update or hardware service may result in data or configuration loss. Annview is not responsible for restoring or compensating for lost content, software, accounts, settings or files unless this has been agreed in writing as part of the service scope.

To the extent permitted by law, warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, refund or another remedy available under the warranty terms or Australian Consumer Law. Where Australian Consumer Law gives the customer a choice of remedy, Annview will not limit that choice. Warranty does not cover indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, lost advertising time, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or content, third-party labour, building works, access equipment, electrician costs, removal or reinstallation costs, unless Annview has agreed to those costs in writing or they cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees. Customers may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or another remedy where required by law.

Returns, Refunds and Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically available for custom, special-order, installed, opened, configured, used or project-specific products. If Annview approves a non-quality return, the product must be returned in original condition and packaging, and freight, transit insurance, restocking, inspection, repacking or payment processing costs may apply, where permitted by law.

If a product is confirmed to have a fault or quality issue covered by warranty or Australian Consumer Law, Annview will provide an appropriate remedy. For a minor problem this may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts or product replacement. For a major problem, the customer may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement, or another remedy required by law.

Custom, special-order or project-built products may not be cancellable once procurement, production, configuration, freight booking or installation preparation has started. Any approved cancellation after costs have been incurred may have reasonable incurred costs deducted, where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Annview is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, lost advertising time, lost content, loss of business opportunity, building delays, third-party service failure or costs caused by inaccurate site information supplied by the customer.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, Annview’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service, or the cost of repairing, replacing or resupplying the affected product or service.
